Important Dates
"Staying on the Track during the Pandemic - Ideas and Strategies from an International Network"
Workshop Series; 5th - 26th May 2021
Bayreuth - Bordeaux - Melbourne - Shanghai

The COVID 19 pandemic is an international challenge, not at least for the internationally connected ( junior) scientists at universities and research institutions. So why not use the international competence of the University of Bayreuth to meet this challenge.
From this idea arose a workshop series, initiated and conducted by our Bayreuth-Melbourne Network in collaboration with the Graduate School and the Gateway Offices of the University of Bayreuth in Melbourne, Bordeaux and Shanghai. The workshop series will bring together international PhDs to develop and share ideas, thoughts and methods for staying productive and healthy throughout the pandemic.
On the four dates, each delivered by a facilitator from a different country, speakers from the respective country will shed light on the workshop topic from a different perspective by a stimulating lecture. Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with each other.
All presentations will take place online and are free of charge.
Register here for the individual presentations.
