With the visit of a Delegation of Uni Bayreuth Professors on an "Australia Fact Finding Mission" the in June opened Gateway Office in Melbourne was launched as fully operational.

The new Gateway Office Manager Dr Susanne Seibt was officially introduced to Melbourne’s Partner Universities as the new point of contact for collaborations and academic exchange.

Susanne Seibt is no stranger to our network. She is the first Joint PhD graduate of our network. As a result, she is already familiar with the two largest members, the University of Bayreuth and the University of Melbourne, as well as with many topics related to her future field of work, such as the exchange of students and scientists, as well as questions regarding double degrees, visas and insurance.
